About the Survey

Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP) and AAPI Data are conducting a survey of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander serving nonprofits.

Our survey report aims to drive more funding to our communities, with insights on how community organizations are doing today, when compared to before and during the COVID pandemic.

All respondents will be entered into a raffle to win one of fifteen prizes worth up to $1000 for your organization. To check your eligibility for receiving a prize, see the Give In May website.

Additional Information

The survey will include questions about the needs, concerns, and policy priorities of your organization and the communities you serve. The results of this survey will be presented as part of our report on the state of AA and NHPI nonprofits, the main goal of which is to gauge how AA and NHPI nonprofits have adapted to the COVID pandemic and recovery. The report will track any changes in funding, staff, strategic direction, or programs that occurred due to the impact of COVID-19 and follow-on impacts (anti-Asian hate, economic instability).

This information collected in this survey will only be reported in aggregate and no individual organizations will be identified in the report based on this report. Contact information that you provide will only be used to follow-up on the survey and share the resulting report with your organization. We will reach out to you for approval regarding any future use of your organizational information.

This survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
