Our surveys offer timely and unique insights into the perspectives and public opinion of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders (AANHPIs), who are often left out of discussions of current events and public discourse.

At AAPI Data, the surveys we conduct are grounded in the belief that AANHPI viewpoints and public opinion are critical to gaining a more holistic understanding where our country stands on key issues and that this understanding is an opportunity to inform positive change.

The AAPI Data/AP-NORC partnership is a unique collaboration between The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research and AAPI Data with the aim of addressing historic underrepresentation of AAPI communities in public opinion research, delivering monthly poll insights of AAPI populations on some of society’s most pressing issues.

Asian american voter survey (AAVS)

The Asian American Voter Survey (AAVS) is a powerful election-year survey of registered AAPI voters that began in 2014, capturing the perspectives of voters and their priorities across various years. The AAVS is conducted in partnership with APIAVote and AAJC.
